Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multifamily management experience.
• Entrata proficiency preferred.
• Commercial property management experience preferred.
• Positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial goals and manage assets in owners' best interest.
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and deposited promptly.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and schedules.
• Manage accounts payable and petty cash.
• Maximize occupancy and leasing conversion.
• Implement marketing to attract residents.
• Provide effective leasing strategies to close deals.
• Monitor market competition and performance metrics.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Develop and implement efficient processes within guidelines.
• Lead emergency response for the community with staff and residents.
• Address resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop resident retention programs and events.
• Oversee staff training and scheduling.
• Coordinate maintenance with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Foster teamwork and a harmonious work environment.
• Complete administrative tasks related to personnel.
• Ensure property grounds and units are maintained and inspected.
• Walk models and market-ready apartments daily and communicate needs to maintenance.
• Record and communicate all service requests to maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
