Job summary

Village Green seeks an experienced Operations Manager to assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the community, focusing on property condition, financials, and leasing. This role may assume Property Manager duties in their absence and requires meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities include inspections, ledger management, renewal processing, and proactive resident relations, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational role.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel.
• Prior Yardi/CRM experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and accounting basics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the community.
• Maintain property management records, move-ins/outs, lease renewals, and accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to meet standards and deadlines.
• Generate month-end reports and balance ledgers; support the Property Manager as needed.
• Provide excellent resident relations and responsive communication with residents and vendors.
