Avid Storage in Midland, TX is seeking an Associate Property Manager to handle daily rental activities, customer service, and site maintenance. You will rent units, process payments, and help keep occupancy high.

This role requires a High School diploma and at least one year of customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to multi-task and lift 50 lbs. You will cover the facility and occasionally nearby locations under the District Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of related customer service experience in direct sales or retail is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised; lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to cover at multiple locations as directed by the District Manager.

Responsabilités

• Rent units, sell merchandise, and help keep occupancy high.
• Process payments and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Walk the site daily, clean vacated units and report maintenance needs.
• Build relationships with people during transitional moments and provide supportive service.
• Run the facility independently and provide coverage to alternate locations as directed by the District Manager.
