You will assist in day-to-day operations, maximize rental potential, and oversee storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping, and security at our Frisco and McKinney locations.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—phone and in person.
• Hospitality background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through unit rentals, warrants, moving supplies and related products.
• Serve and guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
• Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into rentals.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to existing customers.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically, and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance standards are met.
• Inspect the property, including lock checks.
• Communicate results, updates, and recommendations to the District Manager or Leadership Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
