Job summary

Avid Storage in Midland, TX is seeking an Associate Property Manager to join our team. You will rent units, help customers select the right storage, and manage the property when the District Manager is unavailable.

Responsibilities include processing payments, keeping occupancy high, and walking the site daily to report maintenance needs. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities to cover multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related customer service experience in direct sales or retail.
• Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business: Rent units, sell merchandise, and help keep occupancy high.
• Manage accounts: Process payments and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Care for the property: Walk the site daily, clean vacated units and report maintenance needs.
• Serve people well: Build relationships with customers during transitions in life.
• Cover when needed: Run the facility independently and provide coverage to alternate locations.
