Avid Storage in Odessa, TX is hiring an Associate Property Manager to help customers rent units, perform basic property duties, and run the facility when the Property Manager is away.

No storage experience is required; training is provided. The role involves walking the site daily, processing payments, maintaining occupancy, and supporting nearby locations as directed by the District Manager.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related customer service experience in direct sales or retail is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised & lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to provide coverage at multiple locations as directed by your District Manager.

• Grow the business: Rent units, sell merchandise, and help keep occupancy high
• Manage accounts: Process payments and follow up on past-due accounts
• Care for the property: Walk the site daily, clean vacated units and report maintenance needs
• Serve people well: Build relationships with people experiencing intimate life moments, moving houses, dealing with the death of a loved one
• Cover when needed: Run the facility independently and help at nearby locations as directed by your District Manager

Tired of sitting at a desk all day? Avid Storage is hiring an Associate Property Manager in Odessa. Every hour is different in this role, whether you are helping customers rent the right unit, walking and cleaning the property, and running the property on your own when the Property Manager is out. No storage experience needed; we'll train you.

What you'll do

• Grow the business: Rent units, sell merchandise, and help keep occupancy high
