Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a proactive property manager to drive rentals and deliver excellent customer service. You will conduct tours, maintain the property, and execute local marketing initiatives to grow occupancy.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage rent collections while upholding accounting standards. Open to individuals with leasing or retail management experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service is essential.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• Ability to perform light maintenance and property upkeep.
• Experience in leasing, retail, or operations management.
• Proven sales or marketing experience with lead closing ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be the sales champion, converting inquiries into rentals.
• Lead facility tours to elevate the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, presentable property and perform inspections.
• Execute marketing plans and participate in local events.
• Mentor assistant managers and manage rent collections.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and procedures.
