Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Multi-family leasing experience required.
• 1–2 years in residential or commercial property management.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience required.
• Sales experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with day-to-day property operations.
• Supervise staff in Property Manager's absence.
• Greet prospects, visitors, and residents and provide support.
• Explain lease agreements, policies, and addenda clearly.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans and amenities.
• Ensure staff deliver high levels of customer service.
• Assist in developing leasing programs and monitor success.
• Attend meetings and conduct staff and safety briefings.
• Inspect property grounds, models, vacant units, and office areas.
• Interview prospective residents and qualify tenancy.
• Maintain leasing activity records in property management software.
• Process deposits, rents, and other funds; document transactions.
• Deposit funds daily into the property's bank account.
• Report delinquent rents and stay updated on laws.
