Job summary

Holland Residential LLC is seeking an organized, dependable leasing professional to join The Society in San Diego, CA. The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager, supervise staff, and ensure leasing operations meet company goals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills, with experience in multi-family leasing and familiarity with property management software like Yardi. This is a full-time on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Multi-family leasing experience required; 1–2 years in property management preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Supervise staff in the Property Manager's absence.
• Meet prospects, visitors and residents; explain leases and policies.
• Manage leasing activity documentation and software data entry.
• Process deposits, rents, and other funds; deposit daily.
• Support in marketing, promotions and resident retention programs.
