Dasmen Residential is seeking a reliable Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations across our residential portfolio. You will assist with resident relations, leasing administration, vendor coordination, and property documentation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with opportunities to grow and participate in community events while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in property management, leasing, or related customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of residential property practices and regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations and admin tasks.
• Respond promptly to resident questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Assist with leasing activities including inquiries, applications, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Prepare notices, reports, and other property documentation.
• Help with rent collection, account follow-up, and resident records.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure common areas/units are maintained.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for scheduled work and services.
• Support resident retention, community events, and customer-service initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, lease requirements, and housing regulations.
• Provide coverage for the Property Manager as needed.
• Perform other duties related to property management.
