Seldin Company is seeking a Property Manager for Residence at Arbor Grove in Arlington, TX. This tax credit community has 126 units and the role pays up to $60,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The Property Manager will supervise operations and staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with program requirements. Minimum two years of management and three to four years of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience.
• Three to four years of property management experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or industry certifications considered.
• Budget and financial reporting knowledge.
