Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community in Arlington, VA. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; knowledge of Entrata/Yardi/OneSite is a plus. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property.
