Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and staff.

• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely maintenance responses.
• Conduct property inspections to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; evaluate performance.
• Maintain owner communication and reporting.
