Job summary

Monarch is seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Abilene, TX. This on-site role oversees two communities, Residence at Heritage Park and Lexington Court, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

You will manage on-site staff, maintain community relations, ensure market-competitive occupancy, and drive renewals and rent collections. Competitive pay range is $55,000–$70,000 plus bonus, with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing is required.
• Experience managing a team of 2+ employees is required.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• CRMIQ experience a plus.
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Exceptional organizational skills are essential.

• Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy.
• Captures the highest renewal rates for existing tenants.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
