Monarch Investment and Management Group seeks an on-site Apartment Assistant Property Manager for Sherwood Apartments in Topeka, KS. The role supports the Property Manager, drives renewals, and helps maintain resident relations and leasing activities at the community.

You will handle daily operations, assist with marketing and leasing when needed, and ensure occupancy targets are met while following Monarch standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in multi-family housing.
• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software, YARDI preferred.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal/internal customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently with little guidance.
• General knowledge of local, state and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines, fair housing.

• Fills in for local operations positions as needed.
• Additional assignments and projects as needed.

PAY:

$20.00 to $22.00 an hour plus renewal commission (up to $100 for EACH renewal at 300 count apartment community)

SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM
