Qualifications

• Some college preferred
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing tax credit sites
• Proven track record in affordable housing property management
• Proficient with OneSite Property Management software
• COS, LIHTC, and ARM certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Collect rents and make daily bank deposits
• Prepare delinquency reports and monthly cash receipt summaries
• Achieve or exceed KPI goals for occupancy and NOI
• Process invoices daily and report overages
• Manage petty cash and monthly reimbursements
• Send late and non-renewal notices; file evictions promptly
• Negotiate with vendors to secure best prices and quality
• Conduct staff training and disciplinary actions as needed
• Complete staff performance reviews as scheduled
• Foster teamwork and customer satisfaction; maintain a tidy office
• Oversee lease administration from move-in to move-out
• Oversee property operations, maintenance, and inspections
• Monitor vendor relations to ensure cost-efficient services
• Market and advertise properties to maximize occupancy
