Qualifications

• Education: Some College Preferred.
• 1–3 years in tax credit work as assistant property manager of LIHTC or similar.
• Annual certifications and recertifications experience preferred.
• COS, LIHTC, and ARM certifications desired.
• Progressive career path in affordable housing is required.
• Proficient with OneSite Property Management software.
• Strong MS Office skills; marketing, sales and customer service experience.
• Detail oriented, organized, able to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease agreements and move-in/compliance paperwork; show units.
• Answer phone lines; provide apartment information per Fair Housing; log maintenance requests.
• Retrieve and follow up on messages and emails.
• Respond to inquiry leads promptly and record traffic.
• Greet and tour prospects; build rapport and close leases; show model/Vacant units.
• Update advertising across approved marketing platforms daily.
• Study brochures, price sheets, leases; know policies and procedures.
• Handle move-in/out paperwork and resident retention tasks.
• Market and advertise properties to maximize occupancy.
