Job summary

Affiliated Resources Group seeks a Property Manager to oversee Market, Section 8, Bond, HOME, FDIC and LIHTC sites. The role covers budgeting, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and coordinating with on-site teams to prepare for reviews and audits.

You will manage tenant screening, rent collections, invoicing in YARDI, and reporting to ownership, while mentoring staff and promoting fair housing and efficient operations across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years progressive experience in Property Management; or 5+ years in management/administrative capacity in property management or low-income housing.
• Experience with HOME, Bond, LIHTC and HUD/Section 8-based property management desirable.
• Strong leadership, judgment, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property activities including budgeting, financial analysis and internal controls.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to prepare for state/government reviews and audits.
• Enter data and manage reports in YARDI; process invoices and payments.
• Maintain resident files, notices, and move-in/move-out data in system.
• Ensure fair housing compliance and promote equal opportunity in employment and housing.
• Support implementation of company goals and provide staff mentoring and training.
