Fitch Irick Corporation seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations for assigned properties and ensure optimal performance under HUD/RD/LIHTC programs. You will handle rent collections, applications, and move-ins/outs with strict adherence to policy and Fair Housing rules.

Responsibilities include inspections, maintenance coordination, and cost control, while maintaining high customer service standards and strong communication with leadership and housing authorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in housing management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles rent collections and documentation for assigned properties.
• Processes resident applications and conducts move-ins/outs per program rules.
• Ensures Fair Housing compliance and staff training as needed.
• Conducts regular property inspections and coordinates maintenance requests.
• Communicates with leadership, housing authorities, and external partners.
• Monitors expenses to maximize profits while controlling costs.
