Job summary

Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking an experienced Property Manager for The Studio at ThinkEast, an affordable community of 181 units in Austin, TX. This full-time role oversees leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and team development, with a hands-on approach to operations and LIHTC compliance.

You will manage onsite staff, coordinate safety and training, and ensure adherence to HUD/LIHTC regulations while delivering exceptional resident service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• LIHTC experience in affordable housing required
• Associate degree preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook, Zoom, Teams
• Experience with OneSite or Yardi is required
• Bluemoon and Yieldstar experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable/payable
• Leads regular team meetings to communicate goals and progress
• Sets clear property vision and communicates expectations to the team
• Procures supplies and equipment per the Annual Operating Budget
• Prepares HUD/LIHTC compliance paperwork accurately and timely
• Conducts proper screening of applications and lease signings
• Physically inspects property daily and coordinates safety meetings
• Addresses resident issues to resolution and coordinates with relevant parties
