Atlantic Pacific Companies seeks an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for The Studio at ThinkEast, an 181-unit affordable community in Austin, TX. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with 2–4 years direct experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead technician in an apartment community.
• EPA I or II, Universal or HVAC certification required.
• CPO certification a plus; pool maintenance experience required.
• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance, vendor relations, and organizing work orders.
• Onesite, Yardi or similar property management software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to complete work orders, preventive maintenance, property upkeep and repairs.
• Coordinate and complete resident work orders within 24 hours.
• Perform regular community inspections.
• Ensure market-ready apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Provide on-call emergency service as required.
• Monitor mechanical equipment in the community (water heaters, HVAC, etc.).
• Record findings in maintenance logs or PM software.
• Collaborate with Property Manager on budget and contract requirements.
• Ensure contractors meet insurance requirements before work.
