The successful candidate will assist with leasing, compliance with HUD/LIHTC/Section 8, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance, while delivering strong customer service and organized administrative support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and affordable housing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resident management and respond to tenant concerns with high service levels.
• Support lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and on-site staff.
• Assist with rent collection, budgeting, and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and team to ensure smooth operations.
