Job summary

Foundation Communities seeks an Assistant Manager for Spring Terrace in Austin, TX. This full-time role supports the Property Manager, ensures smooth property operations, and handles leasing, renewal notices, and resident services.

The position requires handling calls, coordinating with maintenance, and preparing reports while upholding Fair Housing guidelines and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing practices is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in daily operations and be prepared to act in their absence.
• Process rents, deposits, fees and daily bank deposits accurately.
• Prepare renewal notices (90-60-30 days) and conduct renewals.
• Conduct resident screenings and background checks; handle notices for late payments or evictions.
• Coordinate with maintenance and route service requests; assist residents with leasing needs.
