The role requires prior experience with HUD/Section 8 programs, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Formación

• Experience managing income-based or subsidized housing programs (HUD/Section 8/LIHTC) required.
• Experience with leasing procedures and resident relations.
• Experience with tenant income certifications and compliance documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.
• Manage resident relations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process applications, leases, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation.
• Verify resident eligibility and maintain compliance with income-based housing regulations and requirements.
• Conduct resident file audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Coordinate occupancy, leasing activities, and waitlist management.
• Handle rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and payment arrangements.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and maintenance staff.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure community standards are maintained.
• Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and property performance tracking.
