Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an organized housing coordinator to manage rent collections, applicant processing, and move-ins/outs for multiple properties. You will ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and coordinate maintenance inspections.

Strong leadership and financial document skills are essential for success in this role. The position requires an Associate’s Degree and a certification in Affordable Housing where possible, with 2+ years of housing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Affordable Housing Certification preferred.
• 2+ years of housing experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Handles rent collections and documentation collections for assigned properties.
• Accepts and processes prospective resident applications.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Ensure Fair Housing rules and regulations are followed.
• Provide required training, equipment, and materials for staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance requests.
• Communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and outside clients as needed.
• Schedule and complete assigned projects.
• Analyze expenses to maximize profits while controlling costs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
