TELACU Property Management, Inc. seeks a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an affordable housing community in Manhattan Beach.

You will manage rent collections, occupancy, regulatory compliance, and tenant relations, working with onsite and supervisory teams to meet program requirements. The role requires 2+ years in assisted housing management, knowledge of HUD rules, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Two years managing assisted housing for elderly or disabled developments.
• Strong tenant relations and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations and Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar tools.

• Manage operations including rent collections, occupancy, and maintenance coordination.
• Prepare and submit monthly occupancy and accounting reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and HUD procedures.
• Maintain tenant files and oversee unit inspections and re-certifications.
• Foster positive tenant relations and liaise with local agencies.
