TELACU Residential Management, Inc. is seeking a Resident Manager in Los Angeles, CA to oversee operations for an affordable housing community.

You will manage rent collections, tenant relations, occupancy, and financial reporting, working closely with the onsite and supervisory teams to ensure compliance with HUD guidelines. The role includes oversight of annual recertifications, unit inspections, and coordination with local agencies, with the reward of an on-site one-bedroom unit as part of

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and genuine interest in people.
• Must be highly organized and able to make quick but reasonable decisions.
• Professional demeanor in handling resident and employee relations.
• Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality in management of the community.
• Demonstrate integrity, respect and responsibility in dealing with residents and employees.

Responsibilities

• Establishes positive relationships with onsite and supervisory team.
• Enforces rental policies as specified in the management plan.
• Works with onsite team to keep average re-rent time ≤ 5 days.
• Processes applicants and leases per Tenant SelectionPlan.
