Job summary

TELACU Residential Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Resident Manager for an affordable housing community in California.

You will oversee rent collections, occupancy, tenant relations and compliance with HUD guidelines, working with onsite and supervisory teams to maintain a safe, well-managed property. Responsibilities include prepares monthly reports, enforces policies, coordinates inspections, and supports local agencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years managing assisted housing for elderly or physically challenged developments under HUD programs preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Bilingual abilities preferred in the community language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collections, occupancy and financial reporting.
• Enforce rental policies and ensure HUD compliance.
• Coordinate with onsite and supervisory teams and outside agencies.
• Prepare monthly occupancy and accounting reports.
• Maintain tenant files and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
