TELACU Residential Management, Inc. seeks a Resident Manager to contribute to a community by collaborating with onsite and supervisory teams and outside agencies to provide quality affordable housing.

The role oversees rent collection, tenant relations, occupancy, financial reporting and regulatory compliance while maintaining the physical property. The position includes a one-bedroom unit and requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, plus ability to manage confidential

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Foundational computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet.
• Experience with housing management systems preferred (OneSite, Yardi).
• Prefers bilingual with knowledge of community language.

Responsibilities

• Establishes positive relationships with onsite and supervisory teams.
• Enforces rental policies per management plan.
• Works with onsite team to keep vacancy turnover ≤5 days.
• Processes applicants and leases per Tenant Selection Plan.
• Follows HUD verification procedures and management policies.
• Ensures 100% completion of unit inspections and recertifications.
