The role emphasizes program compliance, Fair Housing, and documentation accuracy, along with rent collection, leasing, and coordination with vendors and regulatory partners. The position requires at least 2 years in Affordable Housing Property Management, strong customer service, and proficiency with Yardi;

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Affordable Housing Property Management.
• Preferably Permanent Supportive Housing experience.
• Strong leasing experience.
• Experience with Fair Housing or regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Yardi Voyager experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an Affordable Housing community.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and program regulations.
• Market and lease units according to guidelines; pre-lease to minimize vacancy.
• Manage resident relations, address concerns, enforce rules.
• Handle rent collection, notices, delinquency tracking, and related transactions in Yardi.
• Prepare notices in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance, work orders, and unit turns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in trainings as required.
