Job summary

TELACU Residential Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee assigned affordable housing communities in Los Angeles. You will collaborate with onsite and supervisory teams and external agencies to ensure smooth operations, rent collection, and resident relations.

The role requires managing occupancy, reporting, and compliance with HUD regulations, plus light maintenance tasks. CDS experience is advantageous; bilingual candidates are preferred to serve diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Requires high interpersonal skills and strong organization.
• Preference for bilingual candidates fluent in the community language.
• Experience with HUD/Section 202/8/811 program housing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent collections, tenant relations, and occupancy.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Complete and submit occupancy and accounting reports monthly.
• Maintain tenant files and ensure security of documents.
• Respond to owner requests and coordinate with onsite teams.
