Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a 76-unit apartment community and related townhomes. The role reports to the Portfolio Manager and includes office-based duties plus on-site property oversight.

The position requires 2+ years in multi-family property management and 1+ year in staff supervision, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Yardi Voyager/CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property and manage lead flow.
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents and complete full cycle lease process.
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95% and manage delinquency as needed.
• Oversee administrative staff and maintenance teams with training and performance feedback.
• Prepare annual budgets and review expenditures to stay within operating budgets.
