Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR is seeking a Property Manager for Pacific Park Apartments in Springfield, OR. The role is full-time, on-site, reporting to the Portfolio Manager, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

You will lead leasing and renewals, oversee operations, and supervise administrative and maintenance staff to achieve occupancy targets and high resident satisfaction. Rigor in budgeting and reporting is expected, along with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of experience in staff supervision.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and leasing at Pacific Park Apartments.
• Lead leasing, renewals, and rent collections to maintain occupancy targets.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and vendor invoices; coordinate with Portfolio Manager.
• Supervise administrative and maintenance staff; conduct regular meetings and training.
