WC Smith is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee Manor Village Apartments in the District of Columbia. You will lead day-to-day property operations, manage leasing and resident relations, collect rents, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing.

The role requires self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a community setting to enhance resident experience.

Competenze

• Ten years of Property Manager experience.
• Experience managing 200+ units.
• Strong leasing, customer service and resident relations.
• Ability to manage rent collections and vendor coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office.
• Detail oriented with proactive problem solving.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership for overall property operations.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain high occupancy through leasing and resident retention.
• Collect rent and monitor delinquencies.
• Coordinate maintenance and oversee vendor performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure curb appeal and standards.
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain resident files and property records.
• Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks on time.
