This role is responsible for building strong resident relationships and taking ownership of all aspects of property operations. As the face of the community, the Property Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing leasing, resident relations, rent collections, vendor coordination, and overall property operations.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a community environment where they can make a meaningful impact on the resident experience.
