Property Manager Qualifications:
  • BILINGUAL IN SPANISH REQUIRED.

  • Ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person.
Property Manager Responsibilities:
  • Contact tenants by negotiating leases and handling security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee on-site operations, including budgeting, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, and accounts payable to ensure smooth property management.
  • Resolve tenant complaints satisfactorily, maintaining high property standards.
