Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Property Manager. Job Details:

• Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Store Address: 7829 W. Hefner Rd. Oklahoma City, OK 73162

Essential Duties:

• Manage daily property operations independently.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, assist with storage needs, and process rental agreements.
• Achieve sales goals through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collections.
• Conduct cash drawer audits and perform bank deposits per company policies.
• Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.

Job Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Regular property walks during shifts.
• Outdoor work including walking, climbing stairs, and opening doors.
• Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance.
• Transport items up to 35 pounds.
• May need to run errands and travel between locations.

Average Day:

Your day involves opening preparations, customer assistance, rental processing, property inspections, safety checks, and closing procedures. The schedule allows for a work/life balance with no Sundays and work ending by 6 pm.
