Job description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Night - Shift Airbnb Property Manager to oversee our USA - based Airbnb properties. This role involves managing property operations, interacting with renters, and coordinating with service providers. The position offers the flexibility of working from home, with a preference for candidates in Nagpur.

Working Hours - 5:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST, 3 - 4 days a week.

Responsibilities
Renter Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries from potential renters, providing accurate information about the properties, amenities, and booking policies. Confirm bookings and handle pre - arrival and post - departure communication.
Property Management: Ensure the properties are well - maintained and in compliance with Airbnb standards. Coordinate with cleaning services to schedule regular cleanings between rentals and address any special cleaning requirements.
Service Coordination: Liaise with handymen and other service providers to handle property repairs and maintenance issues. Track the progress of repairs and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or complaints from renters during their stay, such as maintenance problems, noise complaints, or check - in/check - out difficulties. Provide solutions to ensure a positive guest experience.
Inventory Management: Keep track of property inventory, including linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. Order replacements as needed to maintain a well - stocked property.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of property bookings, maintenance requests, and guest feedback. Generate regular reports for management.
Requirements Excellent English Skills: Strong written and spoken English is essential for effective communication with renters and service providers in the USA.
Airbnb Experience: Prior experience in Airbnb property management is highly preferred.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties, bookings, and service schedules.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Airbnb's platform and other relevant property management tools.
Availability: Willingness to work the specified night - shift hours, 3 - 4 days a week.
Location Work from home available. Preferred to be based in Nagpur for potential in - office collaboration.
