The qualified Property Manager will work across multiple locations in North Central Ohio, including London, Springfield, Mansfield, Marion, Fremont, Lima, and Tiffin.

As a Property Manager for New Leaf Organization, you will play a pivotal role by providing general maintenance and overseeing the improvement of commercial real estate assets, working under the Property Manager Supervisor. Responsibilities will vary daily.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Conducting regular property inspections and tenant visits
• Updating and maintaining property condition reports (roofs, HVAC, parking lots, etc.)
• Obtaining bids and managing capital improvement projects
• Coordinating tenant finish construction with contractors
• Supervising contractors and maintenance staff for repairs and services
• Completing special projects and duties as assigned
• Preparing vendor contracts and managing renewals
• Maintaining service contract schedules by property
• Keeping certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors
• Preparing and managing annual operating budgets
• Coordinating collection efforts for accounts receivable

Success in this role requires flexibility, professionalism, organization, multi-tasking ability, and efficiency.
