Responsibilities

Team Managers are committed to leading and developing our employees to ensure they provide the best service for our customers. This includes:

  • First-line management of assigned Claim personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and salary activities
  • Review and control of claim activities such as investigations, payments, and adjustment expenses
  • Implementing new company programs, policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and company procedures
  • Promoting employee development in an inclusive environment
Work Location

This is a Remote-Field position, working from home with a mobile office/vehicle for in-person appointments. Candidates may need to work outside their territory as required.

This position is based in Cincinnati, OH, servicing specific zip codes listed in the original description. Candidates should reside within a reasonable distance of this territory.

Hours are flexible and may include overtime or irregular hours based on business needs.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Leadership qualities such as customer focus, challenge assessment, and team motivation
  • Physical agility for tasks like lifting, climbing, and navigating roofs and tight spaces
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, claims or call center experience, leadership experience, and familiarity with Xactimate, XactContents.

Additional Details

Successful candidates must complete required training, licensing, MVRs, and background checks.
