Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and knowledge of NYC landlord-tenant law are essential for this role. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 plus bonuses and benefits including health insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of property management experience required.
• Strong financial skills including budgeting and financial reporting needed.
• CPM certification or relevant real estate designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all property operations for a portfolio of properties.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage capital expenditure activities.
• Develop internal talent while minimizing reliance on outside contractors.

The Property Manager will direct and manager all property operations and capital expenditure activities for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in New York City. This role requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, and adherence to ethical and professional standards. Success in this position is demonstrated by high performance across building staff, vendors, contractors, and low operational costs. A key focus is on developing internal talent, minimizing reliance on outside contractors, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
