Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager for Ethan Pointe to lead day-to-day operations, supervise the on-site team, and ensure high-quality service for residents and applicants.

You will drive leasing, staff development, and reporting to meet retention goals while maintaining a safe, compliant community. The role offers competitive pay and career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Two years of apartment management experience.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations
