Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC seeks a Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the apartment community at Whistler’s Cove. You will supervise staff, ensure timely reporting, and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and retention.

The role requires leadership and strong math skills, with a focus on delivering excellent service to residents and prospects while meeting leasing goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of apartment management experience preferred.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the day to day operations of community staff.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports.
• Manages highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation.
• Ensures excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
• Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations.
