West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a dedicated Property Manager for our Indio location. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, leasing units, and maintaining property standards.

As a full-time team member, you will manage day-to-day operations, drive pricing and promotions, and coordinate with vendors. Weekend availability is required, with compensation including hourly pay plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service assessing storage needs (in person, phone, web).
• Create store plan to hit monthly and annual budgets.
• Manage web pricing and discounting.
• Ensure property is maintained to standards (cleaning vacated units, lights, etc.).
• Oversee vendors and CapEx projects; drive auction process.
• Show available units and guide leasing; balance cash drawers.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.

Schedule:

Full-time, Tues-Sat (Off Sun/Mon), working from 9:30am-6:00pm.

Day to Day:

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually
• Web pricing and discount management
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects
• Drive auction process
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring:

• Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
