West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a driven full-time Property Manager for our Chattaroy location. You will oversee day-to-day operations, provide excellent customer service, manage pricing and leasing, and drive business goals with a focus on high service standards.

The role requires weekend availability, strong interpersonal skills, and basic MS Office proficiency. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash management and customer service experience.
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team objectives.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing storage needs in person, on the phone, and online.
• Create store plans to hit monthly and annual budgets.
• Manage web pricing and discounting.
• Maintain property to Clean & Operational standards (cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, bulbs).
• Manage vendors and capital expenditures.
• Drive the auction process.
• Show units and guide customers through leasing.
• Balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Schedule:

Full-time, Tues-Sat (Off Sun/Mon), working 8:45am-5:15pm.

Day to Day:

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually
• Web pricing and discount management
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects
• Drive auction process
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring:

• Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
