West Coast Self-Storage Group in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee our self-storage facility. You'll use your customer service and sales skills to help customers select storage solutions and manage day-to-day operations. Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday.

Earn $23-$25 per hour with monthly and quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. You will supervise maintenance, pricing, leasing, and vendor coordination while delivering

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently to achieve objectives.
• Willing to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually
• Web pricing and discount management
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards (e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs)
• Manage vendors and capex projects
• Drive auction process
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Other duties assigned by leadership

Day to Day:
