West Coast Self-Storage is seeking a driven, personable full-time Property Manager to join our Antioch, CA team. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations at a busy self-storage facility, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive leasing performance.

The role includes budgeting, pricing, maintenance oversight, vendor management, and guiding customers through the rental process. Strong sales, cash handling, and computer skills (MS Office) are essential; weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, cash management, and customer service.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assess storage needs.
• Show units and guide customers through leasing.
• Hit monthly/annual budgets and manage pricing.
• Balance cash drawer and oversee vendor relations.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Day To Day

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually
• Web pricing and discount management
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects
• Drive auction process
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring

• Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
