West Coast Self-Storage Group in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee a busy self-storage facility. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assess storage needs, and guide customers through leasing while maintaining the property to high cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires weekend availability (Tue-Sat), strong cash handling, pricing management, and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Willing to work Tue-Sat.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs.
• Hit monthly and annual budgets via store planning.
• Web pricing and discount management.
• Maintain property to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards (cleaning, bulbs, etc.).
• Manage Vendors and CapEx projects.
• Drive auction process and guide customers through leasing.
• Balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Tues-Sat (Off Sun/Mon), working 9:30am-6:00pm.

Day to Day:

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries)
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually
• Web pricing and discount management
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects
• Drive auction processShow available units and guide customers through the leasing process
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash
• Other duties assigned by leadership

What You Will Bring:

• Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team and company objectives
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
