Job summary

CENTURY 21 Judge seeks an experienced Property Manager for the Oklahoma City area. You will protect, maintain, and enhance residential real estate assets to maximize owner returns while benefiting tenants and the community.

This full-time role requires weekend availability and a track record of reliability. You'll use established systems and policies to manage properties and communicate effectively with owners and tenants.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma Real Estate License required or equivalent licensing.
• Valid Driver's License and dependable vehicle.
• Proficient with standard office software and property management tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, show, and lease properties in the Oklahoma City area.
• Photograph occupied and vacant properties for records.
• Market properties and submit data for office entry.
• Coordinate and resolve repair issues; perform quality control checks.
• Handle daily communications with clients, Realtors, and vendors; resolve issues.
• Attend court for evictions and coordinate set-outs as needed.
• Process deposit disbursements and monitor tenant and owner accounts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

CENTURY 21 Judge needs an experienced Property Manager in the Oklahoma City area immediately. A Property Manager is accountable for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of residential real estate assets to maximize the owner's financial return and benefit tenants, consumers, and the community. This is accomplished by following the company's established systems, policies, and procedures to retain quality accounts. We are looking for someone hardworking who wants to contribute their talent to our team. Most importantly, we are looking for a positive person who will add the strength of their personality to an already wonderful mix of committed and dedicated employees.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Schedule, show, and lease properties throughout Oklahoma City
• Photograph properties at both move-in and move-out
• Market properties and submit information to the office for data entry
• Coordinate and resolve repair issues and quality control
• Handle communications and troubleshoot with clients, customers, Realtors, and vendors daily
• Resolve any complaints/problems daily
• Understanding of Rental Applications
• Draft and sign Lease Renewals
• Review Vacancies weekly for appropriate marketing changes
• Conduct property inspections of all properties within your portfolio and communicate information to the owners and tenants as needed
• Monitor tenants' account status, notify owners of late payments, and follow up with owners as needed
• Monitor owner accounts for negative balances
• Attend court for Evictions and coordinate Set-Outs
• Process Deposit Disbursements for past tenants
• Complete other responsibilities, projects, and tasks as determined

Minimum Qualifications :

• Oklahoma Real Estate License
• Valid Driver's License
• Dependable vehicle
• Proficient in computer skills and business-related computer software, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google, Dropbox, and AppFolio
• Knowledge of general business and accounting concepts and practices
• Team player with excellent leadership and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, accountable, and mature, with a desire to excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highest levels of integrity, honesty, and ethics
• Required to work on weekends and holidays as scheduled

Experience :

• Property Management: 2 years (Preferred)
