Job summary

Pax Properties, LLC in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community.

You will lead the onsite team, drive leasing and occupancy, manage rent collections and budgets, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliant, customer‑focused service for residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Multifamily property management experience required.
• Strong leasing, collections, and resident relations experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Previous multifamily property management experience required
• Strong leasing, collections, and resident relations experience
• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team and achieve occupancy and financial goals
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
